MobyDick Demucking – Rough cleaning of wheeled and tracked vehicles

In addition to the two areas of tire washing systems and dust binding, FRUTIGER also offers demucking systems. A demucking plant, also called a coarse dirt washing plant, is not primarily concerned with clean roads, but with the coarse cleaning of construction and military vehicles. Demucking technology allows to automatically remove the majority of dirt from wheeled and tracked vehicles with low pressure and without detergents. In case of high demands on the cleaning result, the automatic rough cleaning can be followed by a fine cleaning by means of a high pressure lance. This then takes only a few minutes instead of hours.

The following applies to military vehicles: After intensive training units in unpaved terrain, tracked and wheeled vehicles are heavily soiled. Rapid restoration of operational capability is the top priority!
