In April 2025, Munich will become the epicenter of the construction industry as bauma—the world’s largest trade fair for the construction sector—opens its doors. The FRUTIGER Company AG will be present as a leading provider of Wheel Washing Systems, Demucking Systems for construction machinery, and Dust Control Systems under its own MobyDick brand, showcasing an inspiring exhibition presence.

As a long-standing leader in innovation, FRUTIGER will present its comprehensively modernized MobyDick Site Emission Control product range at bauma 2025. This newly structured product line offers standardized solutions (Standard Line) for every challenge, as well as customized solutions (Tailor Made Line) when needed. This approach ensures the best possible solutions for clean construction sites, clean vehicles, and clean air, regardless of the starting conditions.

The newly structured Standard Line now includes approximately 30 standardized models and a variety of options that cover a broad range of applications. Additionally, FRUTIGER continues to offer customized systems from the Tailor Made Line, which can be flexibly adapted to specific requirements. The spotlight is on the MobyDick ONE — a particularly powerful Wheel Washing Wystem developed in collaboration with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH). Featuring flow-optimized geometry and innovative nozzle configurations, the MobyDick ONE delivers exceptional washing power and efficiency. This system is ideal for demanding applications, ensuring highly effective cleaning of heavily soiled wheels and chassis.

FRUTIGER’s unique MobyDick technology for automatic debris removal offers an efficient solution for cleaning construction and military vehicles after each use. Newly added to the lineup are standardized, cost-effective demucking solutions that can be quickly implemented, saving valuable resources such as personnel, downtime, and water from day one of operation. Special attention is given to the thorough cleaning of vehicles to ensure clean and ready-to-use machines for subsequent work steps. For the first time, a complete Demucking System will be on display at FRUTIGER’s booth at bauma.

Dust Control Systems
FRUTIGER’s leading adaptive Dust Control Systems have proven themselves worldwide, ensuring effective dust suppression through fine water misting. Newly introduced are autonomous operating options that allow the systems to run on platforms with integrated generators and water tanks or on mobile towers, providing maximum flexibility in deployment. These systems, complemented by expert consulting, will be available for viewing at FRUTIGER’s booth.
