Automatic wheel washing systems are the future
November 26, 2020The requirements for clean roads by the legislator and the population have been increasing steadily for years in developed countries. Pollution of public spaces is less and less tolerated.
In recent years, therefore, outdated passive drive-through basins made of concrete or steel, which no longer meet today’s cleaning requirements, have been increasingly replaced by automatic wheel washing systems. Thanks to active spraying and recycled wash water, the washing effect of a modern wheel washing system is considerably better and the carry-over of dirty water onto the public roads is avoided. In warm weather, this also considerably reduces dust formation. The photo shows how an old drive-through basin was replaced by a modern MobyDick wheel washing system with little effort.
