ConLine KIT Plus Installation – More power for high demands

In summer this year FRUTIGER was allowed to install a MobyDick wheel washing system type ConLine KIT Plus 800B-50P in Germany. The special feature of this system is the cover of the pump chamber, which was made by the customer to prevent the lees from entering the system. The additionally installed drainage taps are also worth mentioning, as these massively facilitate the rinsing of the modules, and are thus also regularly used by the operating personnel. The plant was additionally equipped with the option “MobyDos Container fully insulated”. This provides protection against frost, weather and vandalism. The trace heating for the flocculant hose ensures reliable feeding of the temperature-sensitive flocculant into the delivery line of the wheel washing system even in winter.

MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus systems are particularly suitable for applications with high truck frequencies. By being designed to wash 200-250 heavily soiled trucks per day, the modern MobyDick wheel washing system ensures that the landfill exit and public roads remain clean in the future.
