Enhancing recycling and composting operations with MobyDick

A leading provider of waste management solutions in the UK, has successfully installed a MobyDick SL Plus 600MB-50P wheel washing system at one of its recycling and composting sites. This advanced system will ensure the cleaning of approximately 200 medium to heavily soiled trucks daily, including bin lorries, tippers, and articulated trucks, while meeting the specific site requirements.

After evaluating multiple options, the customer chose the MobyDick system due to its proven track record across multiple FCC sites in the UK. With over eight systems installed successfully, the decision was further supported by a visit to a reference site, where the customer witnessed firsthand the system’s efficiency and performance.

The facility’s existing large concrete platform posed a challenge as the customer preferred not to fully inset the system. The low-profile design of the MobyDick 600MB model was a perfect fit for the site’s conditions, providing both high-performance cleaning and seamless integration into the existing infrastructure.
