MobyDick defies winter: Clean tires for U.S. quarries

A valued customer of MobyDick in the U.S., which operates several quarries in Pennsylvania and New York State, faced an acute problem. Approximately 300 trucks leave its quarries every day, and the quarries were particularly polluted due to the sandy production environment. This challenge was exacerbated by the fact that the trucks were traveling through a residential street, requiring an urgent solution.

As the world market leader in wheel washing equipment, FRUTIGER proposed to equip the particularly powerful MobyDick ONE 720 wheel washing system with a customized winter maintenance package to deal with the problem all year round. This decision was particularly due to the winter conditions in the region, as temperatures can drop below freezing during the winter months.
