Recently, a MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus 800C-50P wheel washing system was successfully installed in a Czech quarry. The plant has a generous 50m3 recycling tank and is capable of cleaning the tyres of up to 250 moderately dirty trucks daily. To ensure safety, a safety railing was installed around the tank, which is embedded in the ground and serves as a reliable fall protection. A scraper conveyor was integrated for automatic discharge of the washed-off dirt in the recycling tank. The control cabinet and the dosing pump for the automatic use of flocculant are housed in a specially insulated and heated container to ensure optimum protection against adverse weather conditions. An additional traffic light system ensures smooth operation.

The East Gate of Fangcheng Port functions as the main exit for cargo vehicles, and the port’s managers attach great importance to the cleanliness of the surrounding roads. To meet this high demand and the frequencies of around 4,000 moderately dirty trucks, Frutiger China commissioned two MobyDick wheel washing systems, each 17 metres long, from the port.

The ConLine KIT Plus line consists of a wide range of mobile and stationary wheel washing systems, which are particularly suitable for applications with high truck frequencies. The 800C-50P model is designed to wash approximately 200-250 heavily soiled truck wheels per day.
In France, FRUTIGER has recently installed another MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus 800C-50P wheel washing system. The system has various options such as the “backwash of the exit”. This option ensures that dirt particles from the cleaning water do not accumulate on the road surface. They are continuously flushed back into the system, thus reducing the carry-over of dirt and a build-up of dust in the exit area. The “third nozzle tube” option has also been installed, which increases the spray pattern and enables better cleaning of the wheel housings.

Recently FRUTIGER installed a MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus 600B-50P wheel washing system in a raw material plant in Germany. This system has the option “MobyDos Compact”, which allows the automatic addition of flocculant. A safety railing was also installed to provide reliable fall protection around the recycling tank and prevent people from falling into the tank in areas where there is a risk of falling.
The wheel washing systems of the MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus line are particularly suitable for operations with high truck frequencies. The model installed here can clean up to 250 moderately dirty trucks per day, thus ensuring clean public roads.

In the new FRUTIGER production facility in Changsha, China, the furnishing and decoration work just started. In the process, the office building of the new premises is to be designed and embellished.
