Successful Trade Fair Appearance: FRUTIGER at bauma 2025

bauma 2025 in Munich — the world’s largest meeting place for the construction industry — was a great success for FRUTIGER. As a leading provider of innovative solutions in the field of Site Emission Control, FRUTIGER showcased the latest developments in wheel washing systems, heavy-duty vehicle cleaning systems, and dust control technologies under the MobyDick brand.

The extensively modernized product range, now clearly structured into the Standard Line and the Tailor Made Line, attracted great interest. This new structure enables the fast and efficient provision of both standardized solutions for common requirements and customized systems for individual challenges. A particular highlight was the MobyDick ONE, a powerful wheel washing system developed in collaboration with ETH Zurich. Thanks to its flow-optimized geometry and innovative nozzle arrangements, it sets new standards in efficiency and washing performance.

Another highlight was the presentation of the Demucking technology: In addition to its proven automatic heavy-duty cleaning solutions, FRUTIGER presented a complete, operational demucking system at its booth for the first time. This new solution allows for the efficient cleaning of construction and military vehicles and, thanks to standardized designs, offers rapid implementation and sustainable savings in labor, downtime, and water consumption.

FRUTIGER also demonstrated innovations in the field of dust control: the adaptive MobyDick dust control systems were expanded with autonomous variants, now allowing flexible operation on platforms with integrated generators and water tanks, or on mobile towers. These new options ensure maximum efficiency even under challenging conditions.

The numerous discussions, intensive exchanges with existing and new customers, and the consistently positive feedback confirmed FRUTIGER’s commitment to continually combining innovation with practical usability.
