Kartuli Cement, one of Georgia’s leading cement producers, was experiencing increasing contamination issues caused by clay- and limestone-based ground conditions combined with heavy vehicle traffic. In wet conditions, this led to significant soiling of tyres and chassis, creating higher cleaning requirements and environmental concerns on surrounding roads.

Frutiger recently completed the successful installation and commissioning of the MobyDick 400 MB wheel wash system in France. The powerful unit ensures efficient wheel cleaning, helping prevent contamination of surrounding infrastructure—an important factor for clean and organised construction site operations.

At the beginning of November, Frutiger successfully installed a mobile MobyDick SL Flex 400MC Wheel Washing System in Prague for a client in the Czech Republic.
The client needed a quick solution for a construction site in a densely built-up area, where maintaining cleanliness and minimising dust emissions was crucial.
Thanks to the mobile MobyDick system, the unit was put into operation in less than one working day.

Another successful installation by FRUTIGER Company AG has been completed: A MobyDick ConLine 800C-50P wheel washing system was installed at a German gravel extraction company. The powerful system reliably ensures clean wheels and significantly reduces the amount of dirt entering public roads.
