Efficient dust control for a clean environment

MobyDick’s Cannon Line dust control systems work on the proven principle of dust control by means of extremely fine water droplets. The use of a modern high-pressure pump in combination with a high-performance filter system, special nozzles and an aerodynamically shaped high-performance cone (turbine) ensures optimum size and distribution of the water droplets.

A customer in the Czech Republic, which supplies aggregates for road construction, is currently successfully using the “Cannon Cart” dust control system in rental mode. The MobyDick “Cannon Cart” is characterised by its compact size, low energy and water consumption, making it the ideal solution for dust emissions of light to medium severity that need to be controlled at close range. The spray pattern, generated by the nozzle ring with 15 nozzles, ensures an effective reduction of dust pollution and is particularly suitable for applications with throwing distances between 10 and 30 metres.
