MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus in North Wales

FRUTIGER has worked with a well-known civil engineering company in the North Wales region on many emission control projects. Due to the extensive HS2 rail project, the company needed to relocate its existing site and at the same time upgrade its outdated wheel washing facilities. As part of this, the decision was made to install a MobyDick ConLine KIT Plus 600B-50P wheel washing system. Thanks to this MobyDick wheel washing system, it is now possible to clean the wheels of around 160 medium to heavily soiled trucks on a daily basis.

The delivery and installation took place in several phases. First, the planning was carried out, coordinating the construction work around the wheel washing system. After successful connection of water and electricity, the technicians returned to the site to complete the final commissioning of the facility.
