Flocculant dosing (MobyDos Compact)

With the MobyDos Compact dosing system, the addition of flocculant can be automated. The infinitely variable setting simplifies correct dosing and allows the flocculant to be fed directly into the washing process. This optimises the mixing of the washing water with flocculant. Using flocculants causes dirt particles to be rapidly deposited in the recycling tank and allows the volume of the tank used to be kept as low as possible. The settled sludge is stabilised and can be discharged by excavator shovel, suction truck or scraper conveyor.
